Single White Wing

single White Wing is one in a series of wing sculptures showing the miraculous energy and life literally erupting and taking off from a heavy and undefined base.  The wing is made from unusual fabrics and is heavily machine embroidered and quilted.  It is supported by a wire armature that sprouts up from the welded steel base.
