This is a life-size sculpture of a cornstalk with a humorous twist. The roots are strong but the stalk grows into a curly twisty adventure on the way up to the tassel. Cut and welded 1/8th inch steel and steel rod convey both the strong plant structure and the whimsy of this different way of getting to the top.
